By using Dr. Med Pharmacy’s website or mobile app, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent to use our services.
• Keep your username and password confidential; you are responsible for all activity on your account.

2. Ordering & Payment

• Prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP) and inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Payment options include Credit/Debit Card, GCash, Cash on Delivery (COD), Xendit, and other methods that may be added or updated from time to time.
• Your order is an offer; a binding contract is formed upon our Dispatch Confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders for stock unavailability, invalid prescriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Cancellations or modifications are accepted only before Dispatch Confirmation only. Please contact customer support immediately for assistance or email at orders.drmed@gmail.com 
• After Dispatch Confirmation, orders cannot be canceled and will be subject to the Returns & Refunds Policy.
• There are no cancellation fees if canceled before Dispatch Confirmation.
• Payments are processed securely; however, we are not liable for issues arising from third-party payment providers.

3. Intellectual Property

The name Dr. Med Pharmacy and our associated logos, designs, and content are the exclusive property of Dr. Med Pharmacy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

All other trademarks, brand names, product names, and company logos displayed on this website are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written consent of its rightful owner.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Impersonate others or collect data by unauthorized means
• Circumvent security features such as hacking or using bots
• Upload harmful, infringing, defamatory, or illegal content

5. Medical Consultations Disclaimer

• Dr. Med Pharmacy does not provide telemedicine, medical consultations, or diagnostic services via phone, video, or chat.
• Customers must obtain medical advice and prescriptions from their licensed healthcare providers independently.
• For emergencies, please call 911 or visit the nearest hospital immediately.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our maximum liability to you for any claim shall be limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question. We disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Philippine law. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Parañaque City.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or strikes.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Dr. Med Pharmacy is committed to delivering your orders safely, quickly, and transparently. This policy outlines our standard shipping fees, delivery coverage, timelines, and other important guidelines.

SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are based on the total order weight and the delivery location:

1. Metro Manila Deliveries

• Base Rate: PHP 150 (up to 1 kg)
• Additional Weight Charge: Add ?50 per additional kilogram (starting from 2 kg onwards)

Examples:
2 kg = PHP 200
3 kg = PHP 250
4 kg = PHP 300

2. Outside Metro Manila Deliveries (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao, Island Provinces)

• Base Rate: PHP 200 (up to 1 kg)
• Additional Weight Charges:
  • Add PHP 100 per additional kilogram for weights between 2 kg and 3 kg
  • Add PHP 50 per kilogram for weights above 3 kg

Examples:
2 kg = PHP 300
3 kg = PHP 400
4 kg = PHP 450
5 kg = PHP 500

Note: Final shipping fee will be automatically calculated at checkout based on total weight and delivery address.

COVERAGE AREA

We currently deliver to the following areas:

• Metro Manila
• Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao
• Remote or island provinces

For very remote or out-of-delivery-zone areas, additional transit time or manual confirmation may be required.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Cut-off time for order processing is 2:00 PM.

Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed the next business day.

ORDER TRACKING & STATUS

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You may track your shipment directly on our courier partner’s website.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Same-day delivery and in-store pickup are currently not supported.
• Prescription-required items may undergo validation before dispatch.
• Large, heavy, or bulk orders may be reviewed manually prior to shipment.
